Our partners range from government institutions to non-government institutions. Here are institutions that we share understandings and corporate to with one goal in mind and that is the help alleviate unemployment, poverty and food security issues through agriculture.
National Capital District Commission (NCDC)
Our vital grassroots outreach is fueled by our active alliance with the National Capital District Commission (NCDC). Working in close coordination with the NCDC Urban Youth Program, we have built a powerful network spanning 15 distinct structural zones. This critical partnership allows us to systematically identify, engage, and recruit vulnerable, unemployed urban youths. By combining civic outreach with our practical farm infrastructure, we successfully transition young people off the streets and induct them straight into active, income-generating pre-employment pathways.
Department of Commerce and Industry (DCI)
As a fully registered entity under the PNG Cooperative Societies framework, we work in parallel with the strategic developmental mandates of the Department of Commerce and Industry. Our curriculum and agricultural frameworks align with state directives aimed at boosting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and cooperative societies across PNG. This partnership ensures that our technical modules meet national standard regulations, equipping our youth with highly compliant, institutional-grade skills in corporate farm management.
External & International Development Bodies
Mangroves Relax is deeply committed to keeping pace with global agricultural innovations. Our foundational launch was recognized directly by international cooperatives networks, celebrating community-centric enterprise models. We continually look outward to build bridges with international development partners, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and corporate foundations to implement cutting-edge climate-smart agriculture and advanced food production systems right here in Port Moresby.
